These terms govern the plumbing services provided by Coral Gables Plumbing ("we", "our", "us") to you, the customer. By requesting or accepting service, you agree to them.
Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including emergency repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater service, and repiping, throughout Coral Gables and surrounding Miami-Dade communities. Scope of work for each job is described in the quote or work order you approve.
Quotes and pricing
- We quote the price before work begins. You approve the price before we start.
- Quotes are based on the conditions visible at the time of estimate. Hidden damage discovered once work begins (for example, corrosion inside a wall) may change the scope and price — we will explain the finding and get your approval before continuing.
- Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls may carry additional service fees, which are included in your quote.
Payment
Payment is due when work is completed unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major payment methods and provide an itemized receipt for every job.
Scheduling and access
Arrival windows are estimates. For scheduled (non-emergency) visits, please make sure we can access the work area, including shut-off valves, the water heater, and any crawl spaces or attics involved. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip charge may apply.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and pass through manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment we install. Warranty terms for your specific job are listed on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freezing, flooding, unauthorized repairs, or pre-existing conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions not related to the work we performed.
Emergency service
For active leaks or water damage, our first step is stopping the flow of water. Damage that occurred before our arrival is not covered by our service. We can advise on water mitigation and documentation for insurance purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
